Review by Wendy Carrillo

Mate Balota, the latest album by Bruno Krajcar, is a beautiful collection of traditional Croatian songs that showcases the artist's impressive musical talent. The album features a range of instruments, including acoustic guitar, mandolin, and accordion, and the arrangements are both intricate and heartfelt.

Each song on the album is a testament to Krajcar's ability to capture the essence of Croatia's rich musical heritage. The opening track, "Lijepa Li Si," is a stirring rendition of a classic Croatian folk song that sets the tone for the rest of the album. Other standout tracks include "Evo Banke," a lively tune that features Krajcar's nimble fingerpicking on the guitar, and "Moj Ivane," a haunting ballad that showcases his emotive vocals.
