Sorry , but I disagree. The catchy chord changes is cliche. The solos don't go anywhere. The show is aimed at making lots of noise and nothing else. Let me put it this way : It,s just noize. It also kind of gayish , judging from the responses of some obvious Gays here.

Like all great songs, this one lyrically carries a couple of truthful messages: On the one hand, it is a bit of fun tongue-in-cheek suggesting that love and heartbreak is no big deal (though it feels like the world is ending). On the other hand, it can be quite comforting to someone actually going through it to realize, while "it ain't easy," it is not a matter of life or death either. You'll survive, ... and you can pick yourself up and move on.
